Your AI Knows Your Codebase. It Doesn't Know Your Product

Coding agents read the repo and still get the product wrong: the screen with a name that's also a common word, the role only admins have, the reason a feature got cut. Nobody wrote it down, so the agent guessed, and it compiled. This talk is about where product context has to live so every tool and every teammate builds from the same answer. The pitch, a live demo on a real story, then bring your handoff stories for Q&A. 20 minutes plus discussion.
