It hides in training data, proxy features, and the metrics you optimized for, and standard evals miss it entirely. This talk walks through how to measure fairness, detect bias with group-based and counterfactual tests, and fix it at the data, training, and post-prediction stages There will be opportunities to mingle and to connect after the presentation. We are always looking for speakers of all things JS and all experience levels to share whatever they're excited about! Are you interested in speaking? Sign up here!
